Exploring Children's Ideas about the Holocaust

Abstract


Pupils arrive with preconceptions about the Holocaust. This research note explains the nature of the research that I intend to carry out looking at the ideas that pupils arrive with when they first study the Holocaust in secondary school History lessons.
